These upmarket spacious end unit villas are located on an award winning landscaped tropical village setting, and are the ideal location to have a superb holiday, whether you wish to wind down after Disney or use it as a base for exploring the Gulf Coast area of Florida. There are two bedrooms, the master having a queen bed, walk in wardrobe/dressing area, ensuite bathroom and tv. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai/sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set, and the world go by.
There are also 2 single foldaway twin beds available that can be made up to accomodate 2 more guests if required. Max 6 persons/villa. Crib and high chair available.
The kitchens are upgraded with all usual appliances and also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The living room furniture and floor coverings are new, and the high vaulted ceilings and 1350sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. It has a large flat screen cable tv, dvd player and ipod dock.

New bedroom carpets have been layed recently, along with repainting throughout internally, and new sun room/lanai furniture. Ceiling fans throughout.
There are three eating areas (lanai, breakfast and formal). There is a large integral garage with electric door for ease of use. Parking for a second car if required outside the villa.
The villas are located in quiet cul de sacs. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the large heated pool/jacuzzi or tennis courts and other activities on site. Barbaque/picnic area overlooking the lake and feature fountain. Everything is on one level, so its easy to get about.
We want you to feel this is your Home from Home. Friendly, safe, and relaxing location and just minutes from shopping/beaches/bars/restaurants/golf and a host of activities to suit all tastes. Sarasota is brimming with culture and the arts.
We think they are the best value villas on the gulf coast. As we are private owner/renters, our prices are often much lower than 'managed villas'. We also have a local agent to take care of minor problems and requests etc.
